Not happy with your roast? We refund, no questions asked, within 7 days of purchase.

How to get a refund

• Email jobkitllc@gmail.com from the Google account you purchased with.
• Include the link to your report page.
• We process refunds within 3 business days. The money returns via Stripe to your original payment method.

The fine print (there is barely any)

• The 7-day window starts at the moment of purchase.
• One refund per report. Repeated purchase-refund cycles on new scans of the same document may be declined.
